BOOK for this cLASS

This course is designed to build confidence in your innate ability to parent with assurance, love, guidance and patience.

It is designed to empower parents to find their own parenting route rather than feeling pressured by family, friends, and society to follow a certain plan that may not suit their child or themselves.

You will be educated on brain development and how parenting can regulate biochemical reactions.

You will learn how to help children grow a strong stress-response system and how children can learn to control their impulses.

You will understand how your parenting style can affect your child's neurological and mental development.

You will be trained to communicate effectively with your children and, hence, help them have a positive outlook on life and themselves.
